BETTER MILK
Yogurt Pudding
Ingredients
4 Eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup Naturlich Original Better Milk Yogurt
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 – 2 1/2 flour sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
- Beat egg whites and sugar in the bowl, then add all the ingredients. Whisk batter until thick and smooth.
- Grease a baking tin (3-qt) and pour in the batter, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 360ºF until the top turns golden brown.
- (Optional: Instead of greasing the pan, line the sides of the pan with an orange/lemon zest for an extra kick!)
FOR SYRUP
- Add 2 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water in a sauce pan. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove the yogurt pudding from oven, and let it cool for 20 minutes, before pouring the hot syrup on top.
- When ready to serve, cut in slices and garnish with shredded coconut or ice cream.
