Natürlich Original Better Milk Yogurt Dessert


4 eggs, separated
1 - 1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Natürlich Original Better Milk Yogurt
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 cups sugar
3 cups water


Preheat oven to 350ºF
Beat the egg whites and sugar until it reaches a foamy consistency.
Add all the other ingredients--yolks, Natürlich Original Better Milk Yogurt, olive oil, flour, baking powder, and vanilla--one by one.
Mix using a folding technique.
Pour the batter in a 13" x 9" baking tray, and place in oven.

Prepare the syrup:
As the cake finishes baking, boil the water and sugar in a pot to make syrup.
Pour on top of cake, while both cake and syrup are warm.
